Where we ship from

All orders are packed and sent from Paarl, Western Cape. We deliver anywhere in South Africa.

Delivery options

  • Pudo locker: from R90 (Extra-Small) to R265 (Extra-Large). For supplies, enclosures and kits that fit a Pudo locker.
  • Courier Guy (door-to-door): R150 up to 10 kg, R250 for kits and large boxes, R240 for Extra Tall and Cube enclosures.
  • Overnight live-animal delivery: R250. Live geckos only.
  • Pick up: free, in Paarl or Durbanville, by arrangement.

The exact delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Supplies, enclosures and kits

  • Orders are packed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Courier Guy delivers in about 3–5 business days. Pudo times depend on your chosen locker.
  • You'll get a tracking number by email when your parcel is sent.
  • Enclosures are sent flat-packed and are easy to assemble. No tools needed.

Live geckos: Live Arrival Guaranteed

  • Geckos travel overnight only, sent on a Monday or Tuesday, so they never sit in a depot over a weekend.
  • Each gecko is packed in a secure, ventilated container inside an insulated box, with heat or cool packs when needed.
  • If it's too hot or too cold to ship safely, we'll contact you and move the delivery to the next safe date. Your gecko's welfare always comes first.
  • Please make sure someone is available to receive your gecko on the delivery day, and give a phone number the courier can reach.
  • When your gecko arrives, open the box straight away. If you have any concerns, send us photos within 2 hours and we'll help right away.
  • You're welcome to collect in Paarl or Durbanville instead. Contact us to arrange a time.
  • If your order includes a gecko and supplies, they may be sent as two separate deliveries, and checkout will show both delivery costs.

Reservations and payment plans

  • Reservations can be made. Contact us to reserve a gecko.
  • Payment plans are available. Contact us to arrange one.

Payment before dispatch

  • Orders paid by Bank Deposit (EFT) are sent once the payment shows in our account. Unpaid EFT orders are cancelled after 3 days.
  • Cash on Delivery is only available for pickup orders.

Problems with delivery

If your parcel is late, damaged or missing, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date and we'll follow it up with the courier.
